Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Introduction

Welcome to AQ9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and AQ9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the aq9 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at aq9.io.

AQ9 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a range of games including Racing, Slots, European Blackjack, Nine, Fisher Game, Jackpot, and the 24 Hour Grand Prix. All transactions on aq9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

These Terms should be read alongside the AQ9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and aq9. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the aq9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. AQ9 does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify that using aq9 is legal in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have applied through aq9 itself.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party when using the aq9 platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on aq9. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on aq9, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, you must update them in your aq9 account settings promptly.

• Your aq9 account password must be kept confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your aq9 account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact aq9 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• AQ9 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

AQ9 uses Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement and is not specific to any individual player.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on aq9 are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

AQ9 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your aq9 wallet within seconds. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are usually processed within five minutes of approval, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit on aq9. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. AQ9 may request documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• AQ9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• AQ9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on aq9 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on. These rules are displayed within each game section and should be reviewed before placing a bet. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules displayed within the game take precedence.

The minimum bet on aq9 is ৳10. The maximum bet per selection varies by game and is displayed within each game interface. AQ9 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits for individual players at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest abuse of the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the aq9 system.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or race, aq9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Odds displayed on aq9 are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• AQ9 does not accept bets placed by automated systems, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform.
• Any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error — may be voided by aq9 at its discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

AQ9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all aq9 promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• The standard wagering requirement on aq9 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• AQ9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts will not be affected by such withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active on your aq9 account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or other means will result in account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

AQ9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all aq9 players directly within their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you spend on aq9.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your aq9 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the aq9 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on aq9, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using the aq9 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, exploits, or collusion with other players.
• Placing bets using funds that do not belong to you or that have been obtained through illegal means.
• Sharing your aq9 account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward aq9 staff or other players.

9 Privacy and Data

AQ9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on aq9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• AQ9 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records.
• This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the aq9 platform.
• AQ9 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
• All data stored on aq9 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. AQ9 follows industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by aq9, subject to legal retention requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

AQ9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues.

• AQ9 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or other damages arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the service beyond our reasonable control.
• AQ9 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to a breach.
• In no event shall aq9's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• AQ9 does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11 Account Termination

You may close your aq9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

AQ9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• AQ9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A player has been found to hold multiple accounts on the platform.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the aq9 platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aq9 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

12 Changes to These Terms

AQ9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, aq9 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the aq9 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using aq9 and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
